BURN - 30 minutes

Buidling strong bodies

BURN is inspired by our strongest and it is developed to ensure that you focus on lifting not jumping! Be prepared to challenge your strength and feel the muscle BURN! It’s an 80% strength class, so come ready to lift.

O2 - 30 minutes

heart, lungs and challenges

O2 is 80% cardio and will challenge your lungs, heart and calorie expenditure. Press go on your device and watch how O2 takes your fitness to new heights.

IGNITE - 30 minutes

your total fitness workout

Take strength and cardio, 50:50 and you will IGNITE your session. Be prepared to challenge your energy systems as well as your muscles in this total body workout.

WOD - 30 minutes
