Through goal-orientated training principles and mindset development, training will empower you to become the most confident and healthiest version of yourself. My mission is to be that person in your corner, keeping you accountable and motivating you to reach your goals through hard work and consistency.

BIO –
Growing up a dancer, movement has always been a huge part of Caitlin’s life and provided the opportunity to learn, understand and appreciate the body’s capability. Caitlin was first introduced to strength and resistance training when she began competing in sport aerobics and since then has developed a deep-rooted love for training with intention, grit and a whole lot of sweat. From this, Caitlin found purpose in being able to share with others the invaluable feeling of reward that training and showing up for yourself offers.
With many years of experience within sport specific coaching, Caitlin has engaged with many different individuals, whereby each person is different to the next. Through creating a partnership, Caitlin’s aim is to support you in achieving your own personal goals and building sustainable training practices that are enjoyable and enhance your quality of life.
Away from the gym, Caitlin enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, a Sunday afternoon platter and more often than not grooving away to whatever playlist is on.
