BIO –

Kirsty has been a Personal Trainer at FIT since 2016. She is a Body Transformation expert, and a competitor and coach in the Body Building and Fitness Pageant industry since 2013.

Kirsty was the World Beauty Fitness and Fashion (WBFF) Bikini Diva Australian Champion in 2016 and WBFF Pro Card recipient. She competed at the WBFF Pro World Championships in London in 2017 before taking some time off competing to start a family.

Kirsty was the Cover Girl fitness model for OXYGEN Magazine in 2015 and 2016, and her articles have been published in Health & Fitness Australia Magazine and OXYGEN Magazine.

Before entering the Fitness Industry, Kirsty was a Professional Dancer and Professional Wrestler. She performed as a back-up dancer for Australian and International artists and featured as a comedic actor in TV Commercials for Coca-Cola, Chuppa Chups and Nescafe. Kirsty also appeared weekly on a Pay TV Pro-Wrestling Show.

Kirsty is the very proud Mummy of a set of boy/girl twins, and will always remember her firstborn daughter who she lost after complications at birth. Through this significant loss, Kirsty found a deeper appreciation for exercise as part of grief management which helped her become stronger physically and mentally, and ultimately to carry another full-term pregnancy with her twins.

Kirsty has personal experience of postpartum recovery from both modes of birth after having her 3 children, and an acute understanding of what it takes to fit exercise/training into the lifestyle of a busy working parent.
