Hosting 16 Pilates Reformer beds with extenders, the Reformer Pilates studio is bathed in natural light, with fresh white tones and overhead hanging plants, creating a space of calm and clarity. We have three class styles:
Sculpt - Transform your body with this fast-paced class that intensively strengthens and sculpts your core. Targeted exercises improve core stability, posture and alignment, leaving you feeling balanced and powerful.
Conditioning - Boost stamina, agility and muscle strength through dynamic full-body exercises. This challenging session targets all major muscle groups, leaving you feeling stronger and energised.
Revive - A slower paced class designed to establish a strong fundamental foundation rooted in the key principles of Pilates. This class gives you the space to focus on alignment and feel each muscle group strengthen and stabilise.
