Our Exhale Studio is a dedicated space for Yoga, Pilates, Meditation and Barre. A unique urban sanctuary where our members experience 9 different styles of classes to discover the complete mind and body experience.

Using natural wooden tones, plants and gentle scents, Exhale is a welcoming retreat for members who are seeking to cultivate mindfulness and enhance their overall well-being through physical movement. The studio has been designed to be a sanctuary, a place where from the moment you cross the threshold the environment soothes your senses and provides you with a feeling of calm and clarity. 

STUDIO CLASSES.

We invite you to immerse yourself in our Exhale Studio, explore our restorative classes under the guidance of our highly experienced instructors and leave the everyday behind. Select from 60 classes per week, across 7 different practices.

  • Vinyasa is a dynamic and challenging flow practice. The class is structured to build strength and foundation while you explore a repertoire of poses and transitions. Be prepared to flow, play, and experiment with your practice and you will walk away feeling strong, refreshed and energised.

  • Our Hatha sequence is designed to create space, opening and strengthening for your body from head to toe. A more static practice that allows you to explore and discover your body. You will be guided into each posture helping you to develop mindful awareness in every pose, as well as with each breath. Bring balance, strength and flexibility into your body and mind.

  • Unwind, shut out the world and learn to be unbothered. The objective of this class is to decrease stress, reduce anxiety and allow you to be more optimistic and more focused by making meditation easy and convenient for you to complete. In this class, you will undertake a regenerative, restorative meditation session where you will calm your mind, control your thoughts and find inner peace and balance.

  • Our Yin classes offer long holds giving you a chance to marinate in stillness. When you allow yourself to stay present and experience the near-imperceptible shifts that occur while holding a yin posture, time opens up. Deadlines, commitments, pressing matters, and to-do lists fade to the background, leaving tremendous space for rest and renewal.

  • Pilates is a system of controlled exercises that engage the mind and condition your entire body. The blend of strength and flexibility training improves posture, reduces stress and creates long, lean muscles without bulking up. This Pilates class takes a balanced approach so that no muscle group is overworked and the body moves as an efficient, holistic system.

  • Our signature Hatha class with extended meditation time at the end to fully immerse yourself in the mind.

  • Barre fuses elements of Pilates, dance, yoga, and functional training, in a system of choreographed moves designed by your instructor. Barre is a low impact, complete body workout. It starts with a warm-up, and the variety of class styles can include light weights, band work, body weight exercises, core work both on mats and at the bar, featuring a focus on working the legs using the bar. Barre classes also involve active stretching to lengthen your muscles.

  • In this 45 minute express pilates class prepare to sweat. This powerful full body workout will build heat, sculpt and tone every muscle in your body.

  • A powerful 45 minute Vinyasa Class. Be prepared to sweat through your flow, feeling the intensity of each pose and allowing the teachings of yoga be experienced through this class
