In StudioONE you will experience the latest in HIIT, strength and circuit based training. This studio features unique components, including an IAAF compliant sprint track, cycle studio and the very best in functional cardio equipment. 

THE STUDIO.

Sprawling over 400 square meters of training space, with over 250 square meters of indoor and outdoor turf, which was laid to create the experience of what it’s like to be an elite athlete. 4 distinct training zones allow for an in class experience that’s second to none, challenging you to be your best in each and every session. StudioONE also boasts an IAAF compliant 3 lane, 20 metre sprint track, and key pieces of Concept2, AlphaFit and Hammer Strength equipment, to give you a unique and challenging workout in every session you complete.

Featuring specifically planned training blocks, which ensure not only huge variety within each class, but also allow you to constantly improve your physical fitness week-in-week-out, testing your endurance, strength and agility. With 50 classes per week, and 6 different programs to choose from, you’ll get hooked on StudioONE.

  • O2 is 80% cardio and will challenge your lungs, heart and calorie expenditure. Press go on your device and watch how O2 takes your fitness to new heights.

  • Take strength and cardio, 50:50 and you will IGNITE your session. Be prepared to challenge your energy systems as well as your muscles in this total body workout.

  • The WOD is the lucky dip of your instructors imagination of developing a workout that will take your body to places that maybe it hasn’t been to for a while or ever! Get prepared to smash your goals in this class.

  • The premier strength session of your week. Get stronger and challenge yourself as programming will include progressive overload and focus upon specific exercises across four week blocks. Push yourself to break plateaus and reach new levels in StudioONE.

  • Strength requires endurance and muscle benefits from metabolic conditioning. A faster paced resistance workout with variety and the ability to get your heart rate up while you increase your strength and work on any weaknesses.

  • Cardiovascular training across a variety of machines designed to boost your capacity. Row, ski and ride your way into the red zone as you consolidate an aerobic base to heighten your anaerobic potential. This is your engine builder, for both physical and mental toughness.
