Any personal information you provide to FIT, including but not limited to your name, mobile number and email, may be used by us to send you marketing and other communications about our Club and Services; you can opt-out or unsubscribe from these at any time by using the link provided with the message

We may disclose your personal information to:

(b) our staff and contractors to facilitate the delivery of our services;

Personal information is stored on secure servers if in digital format, or in locked areas if in hardcopy format. A copy of Personal information may be accessed by our personnel and third party service providers located in Australia and the Philippines. Our employees, contractors and third party service providers are obliged to respect the confidentiality of any personal and/or sensitive information held or accessed by them. We only permit authorised personnel and third party service providers to access your personal information and they are obliged to keep your information secure and comply with this Privacy Policy when they access your information. 

5.3 Password security 

You are responsible for keeping your FIT account username and passwords secure. Do not share your passwords with anyone. If you believe your password has been compromised, please change it immediately and notify us of any potential breach of your account. 

5.4 Deletion and de-identification 

We destroy or de- identify personal information we no longer need, wherever possible.
