Take on the challenge as an individual or WITH A PARTNER and compete against the clock to test yourself and achieve your Personal best.
Complete the Registration Form to book, select a time slot, in either our Individuals or Partners category. Time slots start from 6:30am on Saturday 30th of November. Sessions are limited and will book out. Once your booking has been locked in, you will receive a confirmation email.

Train like an athlete and get prepped for the FIT Games with our StudioONE team.
Think of these sessions as an opportunity to finesse your technique, develop and trial your ability for this exact challenge, so that come game day you are hitting your ultimate PBs.
These training sessions are a great place to find partner, if you would like to compete in the Partners category.

The FIT Games is the perfect opportunity to test yourself and see the level that you can achieve, using a standardised workout. By participating in our training sessions, you can easily track your progress and see your improvement from the beginning to game day.
Don't forget, you aren't competing against other people, it's just you against the clock.

Unfortunately you can't book in for this event via the FIT app. To participate in this event you must book by completing the Booking Form.

You have 40 minutes to complete the workout. The event is time-capped, so the challenge is beat the clock and finish the workout within your time allowance.
Once your time has been exhausted, you will have to stop on the station you reached.

There are 4 time slots for individuals and 4 time slots for partners, starting from 6:30 AM.
Please ensure you select a time slot when you book.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your time slot for a warm up.

Within 2-3 days you will receive a booking confirmation, which will confirm if your preferred time slot is available.
Closer to the event, we will email you with further event details and what to expect on the day.

Unfortunately this event is for members only.

We encourage everyone to give it a go, but we highly recommend you join our training sessions happening on every Saturday in the month of November leading up to the games. These sessions will be specifically focussed on the exercises that will be in the FIT Games and will prepare you for the event.

We will be offering two weight options within the FIT Games workout.
However, if you don't feel comfortable with these weights, we will also have a 35kg weight option for the Deadlift and a 10kg option available for the Snatch, available on request.
