For the past six years, I have dedicated myself to being a Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach. With a background in professional sports, I understand the critical importance of strength training not only for enhancing athletic performance but also for maintaining an injury-free and healthy lifestyle. My goal is to help you build strength, improve your athleticism, and achieve your fitness objectives through a sustainable and effective approach.
My coaching expertise is driven by a passion for elevating the athletic performance and overall strength of individuals across all demographics, including women, men, and youth. My experience spans working in various personal training studios and high-performance departments, notably with the Sydney Roosters and Parramatta Eels. This diverse background has equipped me with the knowledge and skills necessary to help you reach your fitness and training goals.
Outside of the gym, my interests revolve around sports, friends, and family. I have completed Ironman distance triathlons, long-distance running events and HYROX competitions, constantly seeking new challenges to push my limits and achieve my own fitness and lifestyle aspirations.
