BIO –

Erin entered the health and fitness space after experiencing an injury that interfered with dance. Since then, she has found a passion for training and discovered how exercise not only builds physical strength, but also resilience, determination and self-confidence.

Through her own journey and study of psychology, Erin has come to understand and appreciate the incredible relationship between exercise and mental health and well-being. This has informed her evidence-based, holistic approach which incorporates mindset coaching, habit formation and goal setting alongside training and nutrition to help clients make their progress long-lasting.

Outside of the gym, you’ll find Erin op-shopping, reading, travelling and singing in the car (way too loudly) to 2000s bangers.
