BIO –

Patrick entered the realm of health and fitness after undergoing a personal lifestyle transformation. Originally pre-diabetic and obese, he lost 38kg through healthy dietary changes and a sustainable approach which enabled him to maintain and continue his renewed approach.

Patrick enjoys training, sports, time on the trails, reading, writing, music, shameless karaoke and equally friendly and fiery board game nights. He appreciates a good pun, is an avid foodie and is considered, mostly by himself, to be the avocado aficionado.
