Studio Classes For When You Are Short On Time

Getting in your scheduled workout, week in and week out, can be a real challenge. There are times when, no matter how organized and motivated you are, life gets in the way and you simply cannot dedicate the hour plus to your training session that you normally invest. But that doesn’t mean that you have to miss out on training completely. At FIT we make it easy for you to get in an awesome workout when you happen to be time poor with our condensed time frame classes that will have you in and out of the gym in 35 minutes flat. We’ve got four types of studio classes that are designed for people in a hurry. Check them out.

Studio ONE
If you thought you had to sweat for an hour or more to maximize your calorie burn and achieve superior fitness results, one 35 minute Studio ONE class will change your mind. Studio ONE consists of fast paced HIIT and Body Pump style circuit workouts. They are intense and extremely effective. In fact, you’ll still be burning calories from your early morning Studio ONE workout while you’re lying in bed that night.

RUN Athletic
Our 35 minute RUN Athletic class takes treadmill running to whole new dimensions. You’ll be running on a SKILLRUN Treadmill from Technogym, which brings in a whole new level of cardio intensity. It’s like nothing you’ve trained on before. You’ll feel like you're running on air as you burn more calories and more perfectly simulate on-road running than when you’re on a conventional treadmill. It all adds up to the most productive 35 minutes you’ll ever spend on a treadmill.

Pursuit
Pursuit is a 30 minute spin cycle class that is guaranteed to get you dripping with sweat. You’ll be burning mega calories, while also strengthening your grip, forearms, calves and quads. If you’ve never tried a spin class before, this 30 minute version is the perfect introduction.

Personal Training
Our 30 minute Personal Training sessions not only allow you to get in an awesome condensed workout when you’re light on time - they are also a great way to breathe new life into your training program. Our certified personal trainer will provide you with the motivation, inspiration and knowledge you need to take your workout to the next level. At the same time they'll be able to check on your exercise form and provide pointers to keep those gains coming. Our 30 minute personal trainer sessions are available for 1 on 1, 2 on 1 or 3 on 1 workouts. 

Summary
Don’t think that you have to be short on time to try one of our shorter classes. Any one of them can add variety to your training any time. They’re also an excellent way to get a taste of our longer classes. Why not give one of them a try - your body will thank you for it!
