BIO –

I have a great passion for strength training and body recomposition and I take great pride in providing tailored training programs and proper nutrition guidance to my client to achieve these goals. 

My approach to coaching and mentorship is focused on building a strong connection with my clients and this is how I am best able to provide support throughout their entire journey. 

I am also deeply passionate about mindset coaching and this translates into assisting my clients to develop the habits, routines and mindset required to build solid foundations that will result in long-term change for their fitness.
